Richard was fabulous! He did not allow the course to become boring. While the subject was serious, it did not feel overwhelming and was enjoyable throughout.

I Felt very welcome at my training. All resources and information were included and the course was great.

Russ made us all feel very relaxed and his delivery and instruction was clear and concise. I would usually feel embarrassed about joining in but was made to feel confident amongst the group. The support staff were also excellent.
